Hello guys

Around a month ago i decided to make a affiliate website in the computer/electronics niche, and i just heard its a very saturated niche. Should i just be more specific in that niche for example only printers?

thank you

bros do you need more information

The niche you have chosen is a bit difficult, although not impossible to classify, you will have to be very objective, apart from that, it is the niche that has less commission (as far as Amazon is concerned), my honest opinion? Find another niche (outdoor, sport, home), concentrate on long tail keywords, divide your blog into informative articles (this will help you create relevance and attract traffic while waiting for the "best" KWs to rank) and review articles.

I'm currently battling with the same thing, finding a good niche can be so difficult especially when you're a newbie in building affiliate site, I'd advice you to do an indept research on one of the niches @juniorfast1 mentioned above. @juniorfast1 could you please point out some niches that have good commissions in Amazon?

Pay no attention to what other people say about the difficulty levels of anything.

That´s a very subjective thing to say.

Whenever you hear someone say "don´t go into that niche or target that keyword because is too competitive", they´re pretty much saying i just don´t feel like working too hard for this.

Also, they have no idea about your level of expertise in the field nor how passionate you are about it.

They´re pretty much talking about their expertise and their capabilities, not yours!

Yeah, it might be a niche filled with authority websites dominating the entire SERP of Google but that doesn´t mean 1 year from now your site can be ranking #1 for several of those high competitive keywords.

If your website is on point with On-Page SEO factors and you´re writing high quality, adding value to your audience, your articles are both engaging and appealing...The sky is the limit, my friend.

Personally, i would niche-down as much as possible.

This will make it easier for you to rank on Google.

If you´re having issues picking a niche nor you´re 100% sure if you´re going with the niche you picked, then take a look at these resources.

They will definitely give you a hand picking out the right niche for you.
