I don't mind sharing, it's: snug-dog dot com
Never, ever share your link in public here. There are a lot of good people but also some bad that just get kicks destroying your shit.
Now I've critiqued (mostly on request) a lot of dropshipping sites and even wrote a https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/dropshipping-advice-tips-and-tricks-for-people-that-are-new-or-have-failed-probably-long-ass-read.939866/ about it which also covers a lot what I instantly see what is wrong with that site.
First off, the site isn't engaging or original at all. As soon as I arrived it's instantly, ah, one of those.
You waste an incredible amount of above the fold space. That is the exact space where you need to attract attention, there is nothing that attracts attention, no interaction, no incentives basically nothing that triggers emotions.
That exit popup, 5% discount.... wauw so I get a smashing $0,12 discount if I leave my email, take my money!!!
Already mentioned, on mobile the view is terrible with all the buttons and chat.
Ads not engaging at all.
IG and FB, boring! Your profile on IG "We sell the original calming beds for pets suffering with stress and anxiety." How is that triggering an emotion?? You need to ask a question they can relate to and then provide a solution. Something directly sucked out of my thumb. " Is your pet suffering from stress and anxiety?" Triggers a yes if so and then sell them a solution and focus on emotions.
I like the photos and videos but you need to learn a LOT about marketing and digital psychology. Selling things is all about emotions. Take Frank as an example, he ain't making money with dropshipping, he is making money making people believe it's easy to make money with dropshipping
Unless you got an incredible products and be one of the first to sell it you can get away with a cheap looking site like that otherwise, not working, it doesn't show passion and there are literally thousands of these basic, all look alike, sites online.
If you 're serious you need to focus on building a brand and identity.
Anyway, don't feel too bad. Failure in IM is only failure if you didn't learn from your mistakes otherwise they are all lessons
