GSA - Why do I need proxies if I have a list?

I mean... If there is no reason for scrapping sites, and you use a verified list, why do you need to use a proxy?

I don't use GSA SER to scrape for proxies, you're better off asking this at the official GSA forum

you need to provide list of proxy sites if they didn't get any proxy...it can because the site is down or anything
