Search Ads in Languages that are not allowed

Hi there,
As you know ads in some languages are not allowed in Google Search though there are some ways some people manage to overcome this obstacle and place ads in Google search.
Can someone share this method, please?

I have never made any ad in Google Ads other than in English language. But, from what I know your ad, keywords language can be in any of the language that you see in the "Languages" section of the campaign settings.

As long as keywords are not against Google tos and their are searches of thesame keywords on Google for that particular search term

The fact is many have been able to boycott Google just my changing terms and changing languages
