Upcoming Transaction in Payoneer

The payment was loaded to my account yesterday, but is still in pending status until now, though the money was sent by a partner company (no additional info required).

The thing is that I signed up for Payoneer almost 3 years ago but my financial activity was ZERO throughout all the years and last summer both my regular Payoneer account and prepaid card account were locked.

I reched out to Support and asked whether I need to open up a new account or order a new prepaid card. but they advised to wait when the first payment comes in so I can reach out to them again after.

So I did that yesterday (I was hoping it would get approved much faster; I am ok to pay a $30 maintenance fee) but no one has come back yet.

I appreciate it may take a bit longer time to get everything approved and reply back, but I was reading through Payooner community thread and it seems people are struggling to get their money back and waiting over 3-4 weeks to get this sorted. I presume my payment may stuck in there for a much a longer time.

Has anyone experienced something like this before? Did you end up sorting it out?

I had the exact same situation and before they could send out a new card, they needed a payment to come in. once the payment came in, then I contacted them and they sent out a new card. In my case I also hadn't used it for a couple of years and my card was expired. However, they were not able to send me a new card until there was a payment coming in or pending in the account.

They have live chat, which may be a faster way to get some help. It worked fine for me. They also have telephone support, which I did initially when I could not use the account and they were able to help over the phone as well.

Also have money pending on payoneer account, fingers crossed. Need the money to pay suppliers, so that my buyer gets their goods/services... I need a better payment service that actually delivers your transactions immediately.

In my country, payoneer don't take that much time to pay. Do contact via live support, tell your problem in brief and hope your problem will solve. Best of luck.
