Ranking issue - What to do?

Hi, channel is about 9 years old and videos are about 1.5 months old. Still no views despite doing good optimization.

What to do?

Am worried about buying non-dropping HQ views coz generally all HQ views that are advertised as non dropping does drop after sometime right? and then YouTube being strict now removes views and puts the channel in their bad eyes. So, which is a cheaper yet good option to get youtube channel and video ranking quickly so that videos start getting recommended?

Discovery ads or buy HQ views? What are your own experiences?

Can't give any recommendation about HQ views. At least it's possible to get free views by uploading required content like gameplays for non-popular games or cars.

Numbers game. Get more videos made, and scale it up. Leave some as it is, have views on other videos, add social signals to others. There's no one road to success here. It's all trial and error.

In the long run, Even HR views won't be really worth. Use paid ads & focus on quality uploads.

Do not go for paid views, instead work on the content . Something that users like and share.

I agree with working for content. It takes more time but it is better in the long run
