Hi,

I'm doing SEO for my clients. I've been quite successful in the past, but I'm looking to outsource and automate the process as I'm taking on more clients. I can't do it all manually.

What I've been thinking of doing is the following:

- I personally do on-site audit and most of the problems, optimize meta tags, etc.
- hire a VA to find relevant websites using ahrefs and other tools, then contact them and offer an article/money
- buy a few guest posts from adsy.com
- a monthly SEO package from BHW (web 2.0, article submissions, blog posts, file links, etc.)
- for clients that pay more, subscribe to ABC monthly service from Authority Builders

So this would be a monthly service. Of course some clients pay less and they get cheaper packages/guest posts.

Would this be SAFE and effective on any client site?

Any advice is highly appreciated :)

How much you charge from your clinte per month? And do you give them any garantee? Something like "your keyword will rank in 6 months"

Consider adding some directories / citations for the local businesses.

Varies, from 350 to 1000€. I give guarantees for low competition keywords.

You have clients paying that amount, and your thinking doing it in auto mode and throwing them shit on their sites, then your business won't last long till your clients run away!

What??

First of all, how is 350€ per month a lot for SEO in Europe, including expenses for links?

And what exactly is the "shit" you're talking about? I hire a local VA, teach them in person on how to do outreach. I buy guest posts with organic traffic on Adsy. BHW monthly package is on high DA web 2.0s, how can this hurt. And yes, Authority Builders do high-quality stuff, which comes at a price.

I'm open to criticism, so please explain and elaborate the "shit I'm throwing" :)

Why hire local VA? (because i know cost of living is more in most of europe) hire from PH/IN or other country where cost of living is low and people have enough knowledge to follow you instructions.

Get yourself some dummy sites so you can test the strategies before hitting everything on client's site :D

It's eastern Europe, so it's not that much more expensive. Also, half of my clients are targeting the local market, so only a local VA can do this job properly.

I'm still wondering which part of my strategy is "risky" or "shitty". If you're wondering about the BHW seo package, it's PeterNGO's Serptextual. I got the first report, and it looks solid. Don't see how could some diversity high da web 2.0s get you penalized.

If you’re targeting local seo then there’re sellers who’ll finish the entire package for you and give you guarantee of rankings too check in the seo packages section, also add niche edits and homepage pbns to your list it’ll give more diversity to your client site

Thanks. I'm not targeting locally, like cities, but nationwide. The country's population is as of one large city tho :)

Also, do you guys think I should use some social signals monthly service?

Sounds good overall. I would also suggest make some dummy sites and test them for results

Thank you for feedback. Which part of my strategy do you feel could be unsafe or ineffective?

If they are all niche edits, clean pbn links, real guest post links then it's ok. But $1000 a month for profile links is not something I'd pay for.

Profile links are a very small percentage of the strategy. The vast majority is good relevant bought guest posts and outreach.

I haven't considered PBN links yet, as I feel they are the most blackhat and risky. Can't take chances with clients' sites.

That is the thing you need to test each part and see how they go together. How is the VA ? is he making good content? How are the link packages? How are the articles you buy from adsy? Are they in high quality?
And you need to do all that before or at least parallel with working with actual clients. You might do mistakes but by testing you will reduce the amount of mistakes and the cost (for example loss of reputation/revenue/ working hard for a client and not getting any return)

I make sure the sites are good. The article writing for backlink posts that have no other value other than the backlink (e.g. not an actual promotional post for the company), I buy an article on iWriter and make sure it's at least 500 words of unique content. The articles are written in normal english and are normally readable.

Is that ok?

I understand that testing each service would make my SEO efforts more accurate. But I'm afraid I just can't test these things - except for the BHW link package. All the links I buy are from different sites and niches, so I just pay attention that the niche is appropriate and DA as high as possible. Organic traffic is a big plus too.

No, that is NOT ok, the 500-word article is definitely rubbish, your competitor will craft a 1000 world well-written piece of content and well optimized for your targeted keyword and without a single backlink, he/she will outrank you! instead, go for 2000+ word article optimize it for your targeted keyword and sprinkle some LSI in it, you will rank not just your Kw but those LSI too! my 2cents

And if your looking for some Links packages i recommend checking @MisterF's thread: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/possibly-the-best-backlinks-on-the-forum-ethically-sourced-links-choose-by-rd-or-dr-filters.1153183/
