Blender is great, but it depends on what your current skill set it. It took me some time to get a Blender, and I’m still learning.

Not sure about that. You could still use another converter if it doesn't. Blender is an wonderful software by its own right.

if you need a really good representation, I would use the products mentioned above.

I would actually download that video, and use it as a reference to change the objects to my objects, and create a new audio track.
