I had stopped using indexing services recently as most and many are not effective after many google updates... Still so u asked.... I used Bulkaddurl with some success., but they are costly.

I have tried bulkaddurl 20 links trial, and they work,
real indexing methods exist, I've tried some of them and they work
So, I don't see any point why should indexing service work?!

However, if that topic points to a high rate of scammers/bad services in indexing services, 99% is not realistic.
