Okay, so...
I bought some white beans about 2 years ago. I've been keeping them in an airtight glass container, and according to the internet they don't spoil. Just a smell test to see if they smell bad will do. They smell fine.
Every time I decided to do something with them, I quickly gave up because it's all complicated shit reading online. But of course, they'll make a glass of water complicated online, so these people can't be trusted
So, keeping it simple. I'll put some water in a pot, put the beans in there, and just cook on high heat for... I don't know, we'll see how they look as time goes by.
Hopefully by the end of it they'll be edible. I'll throw some salt and ketchup on them, some cheese on the side, and it's done.
If it doesn't work, I'll throw em away.
I don't wanna soak them, I don't wanna cook on high fire then let sit then simmer on low fire then put in the oven then put the salt on them for 10 minutes, I don't wanna make babies with them, I don't wanna fuck them, I don't wanna go to the moon with them. I just want a SIMPLE way of making them. 1, 2, 3, okay, recipe blog assholes?!?!
Thank you
