I have a query regarding how good knowledge of AI can help marketers?
Is AI helpful for digital marketers?

Yes, AI can be extremely useful for internet marketers.
I'll give you a perfect example. I have a Facebook page with 150K likes, a group with 30K members, and a POD Shopify store.
Using Manychat (AI) I am able to instantly send a message via messenger to anyone who comments on a post from my page asking them to join my group. If they do join my group, I have automated messages and posts that are sent using Zapier to collect emails and drive people to my store with coupon codes.
The whole funnel I just outlined is completely automated. AI runs the whole thing for me, I just need to maintain it all by continuously scheduling content for my page and fulfilling orders.

There's a lot of infos in there to give you ideas. Some stuff may be 3 years old or so but SEO hasn't changed that much, neither has AI.

It depends on the use of the Manychat AI. I have also worked on this to create a funnel on my own and was successful in creating one.It is pretty easy to learn it and if you are familiar with all the possible cases that a customer end or the user end is going to bring to the table then you can create an AI system that runs on its own.But every automation manual practice is must and you should first master in manual practice after learning about every possible case you will be able to use it.

I am currently looking how to leverage AI solutions for marketing and SaaS platform. But I haven't found any helpful solutions so far.
If speaking more precisely I'd like to know if exists a chatbot that addresses to the Order database. I mean, this chatbot asks how can it help a user, then asks what is an order number, then checks the order database whether this order exists or not and answers to a client respectively.
If you guys know any possible solution that can help us on this then please write the services.

It sure helps big companies. And those who use them to sell and reach clients, by proxy. The most interesting case though is to use ai to avoid anti-botting or reverse-engineer google.
