I had it before, but didn't renew. I don't have and am not planning to open a BST, don't really care for review copies (95% of the time), and I'm not interested in selling sig space.

Seriously? The only reason why i haven´t upgraded to the "blue side" is because i am broke and don´t have spare money to invest in a Jr VIP membership.
I know i can make that money back by even renting my signature space but for that, i need to upgrade first

Coz I already am, It wouldn't make sense to pay another $97 Unless i am getting a JR. JR. JR. VIP TAG, I could also settle for MONSTER AMONG US Tag, Or my personal favorite LITTLE DICK JR.
Infractions
So you're saying you have not upgraded because you have infractions?
This is how I see things:
Anyone who has met the postcount and timescale criteria who chooses of their own right not to upgrade, who then tries to sell on here deserves any infractions they pick up.
Once bitten twice lesson learned? Not always the case, which is why people then end up getting banned.
If you cannot afford $8-12 a month and don't have the nounce to be able to earn that back, IM isn't the way forward.
Upgrading to Premium Member or Jr VIP means you can reply to HAF or WTB threads. Jr VIP means you can submit marketplace threads too.
I see a lot of JVs submitted by regular members, most of which are not true JVs, but sales threads. These don't get approved, because they're not JVs.
Another misconception is when people upgrade and think their warnings and infractions immediately vanish = They do not.

If/when my current methods stop working maybe I’ll upgrade. Or if I ever decide to start selling something in marketplace.
Until that I don’t see a reason why I would need it.

nawwwwww man. tbh I don't even know what type of downloads are in Jr VIP, never seen it
Even just a youtube demonstration of what its like to be a JR VIP would probably sell me, im not the type of guy to abuse free trials,
All I know is I aint willing to chuck $100 at something I've never seen before
