Lucky is one of the most incompetant unorganised over promising under delivering spiteful operators I've ever come across. I spoke to him in PM with a few custom requests and ordered Lucky's Deluxe Package on October 23rd. I was told few weeks to to complete the project with a content review after 10 days. After paying the money, no confirmation or response from Lucky.
After about 5 days from not hearing from the OP Lucky, he finally responds here saying sorry he has been on holidays and will start working on the project.
Roughly 2 weeks later after no response. I Email Lucky again, no response. I sent Lucky a message here which he replied " Don't you check your Emails I Emailed you the content." I checked my Emails and nothing. So I made him give me the link to the content here. Approving the content Lucky advised he would have a report ready for me within a week. A week passes by no response. I Email lucky, no response. I message him here all angry telling him I am sick of him ignoring me and him saying he Emails me when I never get any Email. Turns out Lucky was Emailing the wrong client/Email all my content and work. December 2 I finally get a report a whole 35 days to deliver and had to hassle him for content and work. He also didn't follow the agreed instructions as I allowed him to skip onsite optimisation and social media optimisation.
After resolving the wrong Email problem I Though I'd give Lucky a second chance, so I ordered his deluxe package again on December 23rd for another website. 10 days later Lucky correctly Emails the right Email, however this time he sends through the same Content from the 1st order back from October. I respond to him stating you have sent the previous Orders content, he says "sorry it was an automatic Email error you will get your content in a few days." A few days passes and no response, So I Email Lucky asking for the content to review as its now 13 days into the second order with no content, and he sends through the 1st Projects content AGAIN. Fed up with this guys incompetency of Emailing wrong Email addresses and providing the same incorrect content not once but twice, I told him to forget it and just refund me.
Instead of just simply refunding the 2nd project and walking away. Lucky proceeded to say that he is going to unwind ALL the work from the 1st project which i paid for back in October. I told him if he removed the work from the 1st project that I would have to do a chargeback through the bank twice, one for October for you unwinding all the completed work and one for December for you failing to deliver. Why Lucky would go to all the extra work to unwind completed undisputed paid work for no reason other than Spite is beyond me.
Lucky is a very unorganised, lying spiteful operator and I would recommend staying far away and taking your business elsewhere and not put up with such incompetency spiteful time wasters. You also want to deal with someone more professional, who can Email the right Email, has file notes on requirements and discussions, is engaging and actually works with you to make the project more successful. And most IMPORTANTLY, DOESN'T UNWIND WORK YOU PAY FOR!!!!
