Hmm - Stealth paypal, ebay, vccs using infos !

People buy or make stealth paypal, ebay accounts, vcc and to make any of those "fully verified", ssn and other actual infos are needed in US paypal, ebay, right?.

So, can people not get in trouble for using other people's ssn and other info when making full verified usa paypal acc, ebay acc and vcc?

It's only illegal when you steal information and make it verified but that's not the case on BHW. I usually never verify my stealth accounts and let them age!

No. U need complete verified ebay and paypal account if u want to operate in full state so ssn is required for those. Correct?

Yes, if you really want to operate and establish your business in the U.S those details are required.

I think they're buy it from sellers that give an old SSN informations that owner maybe is death, but anyway is illegal you will make trouble for his family or something like this ...

The whole purpose of having a stelth account is to have a account ie. ebay your suppose to look afther it as you would with any account securly .

when you want to transfer to payeer or other and pay tax on that cash yearly .


that it , if you do somethink illegal with any account yours or stelth, you still can get in trouble .

Usually they make fake accounts by fake it website ! Their are Bundles of Fake CC Or Bin CC From their you can get what you need for payment information !

many marketers use stealth accounts because most websites only allow 1 account each person.

if a stealth account being used and looked after and tax is paid yearly for everything earnt from the accounts, I don't see what the problem is.

if you're going to use a stealth account for illegal purpose that different and not allowed on blackhatworld forum.

massive business even uses many stealth accounts to promote their business because websites continue to not allow multiple accounts for 1 person .

because the name blackhatworld people assume it a blackhat underworld of bad thrives online, but in fact blackhat world does not tolerate underground going ons, it a proper marketing forum to share methods and learn methods to earn online.

blackhatworld expect each member to respect all websites and pay there own tax yearly and it perched daily.

STEALTH means - fake info. Having the real (from FULLZ) is no longer be called as stealth, as it's using real identities.
Getting into trouble? If the user is dumb, yes it is. I never go over the threshold that paypal will ask for tax details, that's why i'm running multiple stealths accounts.

No they don't use SSN . Only fake name with credit card verified one. Not stealing others information
