How is the quality of the traffic for Ads?It can go as low as 10 cents to $1.50.
I have a ton of low-quality traffic, maybe even accidental clicks that bounce within a few seconds.

No, the traffic is organic which is why I am not convinced yet to give Pinterest ads a try, do you have any tips for running Pinterest ads?Is this traffic from ads? It depends on the kind of ads you do whether the goal is brand awareness or conversions. All my growth has been organic on my accounts. For conversions, I’ve had clients who had great results so I’d say it largely depends on your targeting and bid rates.
I think you should try focusing and improving your Pinterest SEO first. I did 25,000 in less than 3 months to a new blog so I’m certain if done right it does work. It is usually recommended that you promote a pin that’s already doing well to maximize on the traffic. Do or get someone to do a full account clean up/audit and implement key SEO Pinterest practices, you should see a change in less than 2 weeks. If you still want to give ads a shot, your audience targeting (you can choose to work with people who have already interacted with your content or people who have been to your website), keyword selection ( use high ranking keywords, low ranking and shoulder niche keywords)and bid rate will make all the difference. No, the traffic is organic which is why I am not convinced yet to give Pinterest ads a try, do you have any tips for running Pinterest ads?

Redirect? Why was it banned? I’m not sure, maybe try out other ad networks, but then again some ad networks like Mediavine require you to have a good standing with AdSense so that will be tricky. My AdSense account has been banned. I have a high visitor account. Where can I redirect?
Any particular reason why your AdSense has been banned? My AdSense account has been banned. I have a high visitor account. Where can I redirect?

When your visitor count is high as you say and legit you can surely find an alternative.
Or you can try to monetize it with affiliate programs or selling your own product.
you can check out this thread right here to get some alternatives: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/top-100-ad-networks-adsense-alternatives.1045408/What would you suggest?
