Hi mic141414, direct mailing using the proxies is not possible. However if you are using an email service (such as yahoo, outlook, etc) account creation is possible.

Hi ack tap, and thanks for the interest. We offer rotating IPs, but using session controls you can extend rotation times. Currently we support HTTP and HTTPS.

Currently have an active subscription with HomeIP for the Pro plan @ 10gb.

Due to a misinterpretation on my behalf it was assumed that the service provides support for SOCKS, but only HTTP(S) is provided. With that being said, the proxies are a bit underwhelming for the price point considering the fact that the competition provides similar, if not better speeds and much larger location selections for the same cost.
The customer service is also a bit pedestrian, and availability of support is not cited on their website. Speaking as a patron, premium subscription should afford better options than things just being "up in the air".

Can provide screen shots if someone is interested just send a request.

What does my registration email have to do with providing a dedicated support option to your Pro level customers? Further more, that has little to no implications on the level of support afforded by the available agents who lack the requisite technical abilities to do anything other than forward a note to your "technical" team?
Not trying to smear you all, but this is something that could definitely use some improvement.

The other thing that's been noticed is that any of the appendages designating geo-specific rotation intervals are broken. It seems the only functioning option is to use rotation per request with random country selection. If this is an isolated use case scenario, I will gladly stand corrected.

Regarding our support, it is true that for some of the more advanced technical issues, our live team will generally pass forward to our development team, as this method allows a more in-depth analysis of the issues.
Concerning the rotation intervals, the issue you mentioned could be a simple set-up setting, all the specific rotation intervals working fine. We would really like to help with all the outstanding issues, this is why I asked for the registration email so we can check the exact problems. Thanks.
