Summary
For the review, I had the seller send me a list of about 15 of the accounts they have for sale. As this was a fairly simple review to conduct, I'll be keeping this review short.

The seller sent me a text file with links proving ownership over the accounts. Additionally, they showed some initiative by sending me an Excel file with the site URLs, metrics, domain registrars, age, web host, and the authority links (for those one had any). Everything I could see was just as advertised.

For Buyers: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.

For Buyers Regarding Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. For more information and to see whether or not your dispute qualifies, refer to the shit list rules and procedures.

Are you selling domain and the website (content, design, ect)? What are the current CMS (html, wordpress, drupal)?

Thanks Zwielicht for your quick responses, and for the review and approval.

Sites have different CMS'? Also, your Money Site links will be removed right?

Thanks.

Selling domain and website (i.e. contents), CMS is WordPress.

All sites are WordPress. I had a few on Drupal and Joomla, but I changed that some time back. Over the years, I saw no differences in deindexing between pure WP and a mixed network. (If the network is huge, it might make a difference, or if the PBN sites are the only links pointing at a money site. But in my case, I always maintained the PBN as just part of my linking strategy). Deindexeing is most likely to occur in the 18 months after the site's repurposing. Then the percentage drops. That's why these sites are good value. They've all been indexed for at least 4 years. They're battle-tested. Launching new PBNs is always risky.

Money site links are of course already removed.

org and com were the most available high-quality domains my providers could get. Plus as TLDs they are the preferred choice for PBNs in general. I've never had much use for the EU suffix anyway (even though I live there :)) Also.pm sent.
