There is no free tool available for this, but there is a way to create a redirect through your domain. This can be quite technical and Google should help with that

Make a php page on your hosting, name something like redirect.php . Paste the pixel code and also add a meta refresh tag to where you want it redirected, and put the time to 0.5. This should be more than enough for the pixel to fire. No need for such services.

Oh fuck this is so smart.
I was attempting to spam Facebook groups a while back with micro workers and it worked decently.
Just the groups started banning - but the way you're doing it so much smarter.
