Accounts get banned after a week or so - the only thing snapchat cares about as far as bans are IP's, outgoing adds and device bans.
If you get banned once - be expecting another ban unless you change device id/ip.

Or if you are outgoing adding people non-stop same will happen.

Android will work just may be slower. The initial start is difficult.

and select all your contacts.
