High adsense CTR in my website

I have an APK review site. I usually receive daily 100+ visits and more than 300 page views and more than 1200 impressions. The site offers an APK download with a review.

Overall adsense CTR is just above 7%. For last month, it was 9.12%. But sometimes in some days, my adsense CTR is more than 12% at the end of the day. at the middle of the day it is more than 20% some times.

I'm using click-fraud monitor plugin and if a person from same ip click 2 times on ads, he will not see ads anymore.

Almost all of the visitors to my site are from USA.

My question is, is this CTR risky? do I need to disable ads on my site to protect my adsense account?

Make sure the ad isn't placed around the download button, it is against the ToS from what I can remember from when I used to use adsense..

No, I have not placed ads around the download button. The ads are shown above and below the featured image of the post. I'm only using 2 ad units. The site is performing well for now. It generated over $2K for last 4 months.
