If you look at the entire cryptocurrency market capitalization is now under $200 billion (BTC under $150 billion)

For single BTC to reach $1m in value, the bitcoin market capitalization much reach a minimum of $18 trillion.

Anyone seeing a chance of that happening in the next 366 days? Now tell me, what is the probability for that to happen?

Slim to none, but I'm still buying weekly. I'm no Bitcoin fanboy, but I don't think it's a bad idea to have some in your portfolio. I don't think it's unrealistic for it to be in $15-20K range by end of the 2020.
