Will this strategy work in 2020?

So, I stumbled on a Adsense arbitrage blog post online that was posted in 2017.

It basically entails:

• Creating a free blogger blog (or a paid one) in the entertainment niche (this niche probably has the most viral content).
• A new facebook account or an aged one.
• An Adsense account
• Visit top entertainment websites (or top websites in your niche) and copy very interesting and eye-catching stories.
• Post the articles on your blog.
• Paste Adsense code on the blog.
• Copy and paste article links as posts on Facebook page.
• Boost post and target tier one countries.
• Get clicks to your blog and collect your Adsense checks.

Has anyone tried doing this in recent times? What do you think about this method?

You'd have to get your blog approved to start for Adsense, so you'd need good quality content on there.

Give it a try and report back, maybe?

Feels like it wouldn’t work. Copied content is the part that might break the process. you might need original content to get adsense approval.

You mean promoting it with Facebook ads? I believe Facebook's cpc skyrocketed in the last couple of years, so it won't be as straight forward.

I would recommend you rewrite those articles before publishing them to make them unique.

If you already have an approved account and website, you've done the hard part mate.

They clamped down and check each site you now want to add your code onto, whereby before you could throw Adsense on any site you wanted ad-hoc.

Doesn't really work in my experience (used to). Cost of media is too high to achieve this now. Unless I'm proved wrong.

I think this peaked in 2015 - 16. It wasn't as simple as you outlined, but when I heard about adsense arbitrage, it was ridiculously easy to generate some crazy ROI and scale.

It's not as competitive as it used to be, but it's far more complex now. I still see people arbitraging, but you would need more than just adsense to turn a profit these days.

copied content is not a good idea here, maybe if you are going to translate that maybe to dutch and target the dutch people ..
the hard part here is getting adsense approved.. u will need unique content and when you get approved then you can copy and mix it .

FB cost of clicks from tier one countries are are expensive these days, I do not see this strategy working. Also, the use of duplicate content may compromise your Adsense account. But if you try it please do share your findings

I suggest rewriting the content first. Then use fb ads to build your audience first to get page likes, you don't even have to boost your article. When you get a good following, share your articles on your page.

copy paste is not going to work, rewrite it and then try otherwise your Adsense will block.
