Just noticed a website with a poor DS and awful TS with low visitors, almost no backlinks (~1k vs ~300-500k for competitors) domain age not impressive too. Practically every SEO parameter yells: I shouldn't rank! And stil this website is top5 for this keyword! How is it possible? Black magic? :D

Well I guess everybody is using a PBN these days?
Yup, if you look around on this forum you will find similar threads, domains with very few refering domains/backlinks/etc.. that ranked higher than their website :)

Unfortunately (or fortunately for us) these are all over the place. Sites with zero content, 100% auto generated text, are ranking all over.

Post the link or keyword?
Keyword is "dedicated servers". Normally everything connected with hosting has high competition and is very hard to rank in. I doubt you'll be able to locate the exact website though as search results are region-based I guess? So for your region that website won't rank that high if at all.

I also don't understand it. For me, there are websites that rank on no 2 & 3 with like a TF of 5 and a DA of 6. My website has TF 30 and ranks on page 8

I have come across a competitor who is ranking with just 20-25 links. No filler content, no pillar articles. Just money pages with copied Privacy and About us Page.
This sounds like nonsense to me if a website with organic backlinks and proper contents ranks worse than an artificially pumped, spammy and useless one. Google tries to look so smart with all those hordes of engineers and algo swaps once a year (or even more frequent?) but in reality it''s so easy to trick? It's just hard to believe...

No kidding. The other day I was reading an article from google news that was made from spun content. One direction was "one course". And it was on google news!

GN is infested with spam. Every process which requires some manual intervention, like getting into GN for example, can be somehow manipulated. I think GN is undergoing something like DMOZ did, if you know what I mean.
