Unfortunately our cards are not reloadable: you cannot top them up or withdraw funds or transfer the funds to other cards or accounts, but they accept refunds.
You can use a card unlimited number of times while it has a positive balance. You can also register your card with any name and any real address, moreover you can re-register your card if required.

Unfortunately our cards don't work with these services. As far as we know, our cards work for payment on Amazon store, Amazon Marketplace, Amazon Services-Kindle.

I realized that I got the problem fixed and the card is verified by PayPal successfully.
