I'm not being arrogant haha, I'm just wondering if they both can do that...then only difference is the credibility of the data correct ? At end of the day, showing data is as reliable as the data itself and not perse the fancy graphs....correct me if I'm wrong

Ahrefs, the price tag can be a bit much. I do see services for shared accounts however, that would certainly mitigate some of that price tag.

Yeah but group buy you either have to trust them or risk basically being locked out every week because either the seller got greedy and assigned too many people to the account or some idiot went bananas with the resources and logged in from 20 ips and overused the API... At least that's what has been the experience of people here...?

When it comes to building your SEO for your website, analysis.... basically everything you need as a in house SEO ....which of these tools would you advice if you had budget for only one of them??

Ahrefs. If possible I will get SEMRush too.

Moz gets knocked, but the trial is $1 and the KW research tool is good, as is the audit and KW tracking tools. I have been impressed and enjoyed using it.

Ahrefs is good, but the KW research tool is terrible when it comes to difficulty. Other features are excellent though.

I took the plunge with ahrefs... my start point is first to fix all the seo issues reported, you know the basic stuff like title, H1, meta bla bla.

I also got scrapebox and GSA SER....

Use Ahrefs for competitor scraping of backlinks, try to build tier 1 manually.... then create web 2.0 links for tier 2 . use scrapebox to scrape my niche keywords and blog sites.... blast them with gsa ser with the web 2.0 links and hopefully it will pass juice to the Tier 1 then on to the money site.... at least that is what looks safest in my eyes for now and long term seo.... any input on that strategy ?

p.s. both articles and comments will be manual, no spinning

Moz is such a weak tool compared to the others.. At least Semrush and Majestic have legitimate uses for some things (TF is good)... Moz has very little value, almost none really
