The major problem is .video extension is not valid in FB Mates can any one help me FB contact. I have tried all the ways to contact but unable to reach them.

Not sure if there is a way to contact them unless you're paying for ads. You could try clicking the? in the top right to report a problem. I'm not sure if they look at those reports though.
