yeah you can do it I don't know how to do it but surely you I have seen one of my brother use it to promote his black hat offers and he spends 5k$ a day. First you need to warm up accounts and do other things way complicated that it sounds

you can do it with an old fb account verified + virtual cc charged with 10$ and launch campaign with 1k a day
when the campaign starts fb checks if its a real cc so they charge couple dollars on ur cc once its confirmed they let you run your ads freely maybe 1 week or so before charging you the total amount of ads but since its a virtual cc you wont pay anything but i think its patched now its an old method

That's called prepaid ad accounts where FB give you "free money" to spend just to keep you further as customer. "Free" money is in quotes... that's because you have to spend i think $30k and apply for the prepaid status.

Stolen credit cards and VCC's. I would advise you not to go that route. The risk to reward ratio is not worth it.
