Yes, review loops. But, I guess that may not be related to the recent updates. The brilliant people at big G keep tinkering with review algorithms and therefore no issue is permanent.

Yes, for sure it's not permanent just I saw an important decrease in Ads last week without doing something and i was trying to find out what it would be!
I had the same effect but kind 0f 20% down

Around 7 accounts have been suspended on 1st December, so it's no problem because as of now account getting approved within few hours. But wherever I know the things will not remain the same, as it's going now.

Lots of account suspended, also find very interesting patterns about google ad reviews. Do much more detailed discussion are going on Vip section or not?

Someone else mentioned on another thread that big G actually hires outside freelancers to review ads like they do with the search page results so it's expected to get manual reviews.

Yes that is the case, but even on the start of the process Google suspends accounts which doesnt happened 1 month ago. Something is already changed it is obvious
