Hahahh, you're my hero.I sleep 8 pm last night and woke up at 10 am. So I sleep 14 hours.
So amazingI'm continuously iterating it, however, here how it looks generally:
- 05:00 - 05:10
BATH TIME: Brushing teeth. Mouthwash. Cleaning the nasal passages for better breathing.
I like to feel the freshness in my mouth during the day and breathing well affects my life quality.
- 05:10 - 05:15
COFFE TIME: Prepare hot water to make filter coffee. Quickly prepare coffee with a french press.
Coffee boosts my mood and I like to boost my mood at the very beginning of the day! Energy is continuously decreasing all day long, so starting high is way better instead of getting boosters in the day.
- 05:15 - 05:25
LEARNING TIME: I watch a 5-min short bio documentary for a BIG scientist/artist/leader.
i.e. Yesterday was the day of Salvador Dali, Today was the day of Mozart, so on. Learning makes you deeply wake up! It makes me super excited about life and the future. I am opening my brain for more information.
- 05:25 - 05:35
WORKOUT TIME: I do a 7 minutes workout with the help of the SEVEN app.
Even this is not a full gym, I like kinetic energy spreading through my body. This fires my brain. I know I am a kinetic-thinker, so this helps me to think way better and fasten my brain activities.
- 05:35 - 05:55
INSPIRATION TIME: I watch something about success, productivity, leadership, human, psychology, etc. Mostly a good TED talk.
It inspires me to focus on the right and highly impactful things. I believe in myself more and it boosts my self-confidence. Seeing HIGH-IMPACT people drives me to think like them.
- 05:55 - 06:00
YOGURT TIME:I calm down myself while eating my 100 gr. probiotic yogurt.
Nothing special. I like it + It makes my excretory system better and I feel healthier. Just a small break.
See? This is just an hour. I've done lots of things and I feel amazed. Is this possible to do the whole of these important activities in the daytime? Most probably, NO.
- 06:00 - 06:30
PLANNING TIME: I check and re-plan my major project tasks. I check and re-plan my day-to-day operational tasks. I select the 3 most important tasks of the day.
Planning is the key to start a well-executed day. I am trying not to pass this step even I have a clear roadmap. I focus on deep-thinking on my important tasks and see if there is a better prioritization between them.
- 06:30 - 07:00
DELEGATION TIME: Delegate all the tasks that should be done by someone else. A teammate, or a partner, or a freelancer.
Delegating non-important & have-to-done tasks to someone else is really important. That one is one of the hardest things I struggle to succeed in 2019. I strongly believe that, so I spare my 30 minutes block to improve myself on this habit and skill.
Ok. I'm ready. Let's execute and start the day...
- 07:00 - 07:30
POMODORO #1: I start taking action by starting my most important task for the day.
I use the Pomodoro technique to split my goals into small actions than execute them in 25-30 minutes.
- 07:30 - 08:00
POMODORO #2: I'm going on working on my number 1 task till I finish it. If I already finished it in my first Pomodoro session, then I jump to my 2nd most important task of the day.
This always keeps me focused on one, single and impactful task at a time. I always give short breaks between each Pomodoro session since my attention span is very short and breaks help me to work harder in the actual Pomodoro session.
- 08:00
Getting ready and leaving from home to the office.
I hope my daily morning routine helps some of my BHW peeps. Become a morning person, get MOTIVATED and stay STRONG.
