change date from 2019 to 2020 on wordpress

Hey I would like to change the date from 2019 to 2020 everywhere on my wordpress website. E.g. "best toothbrush 2019" to "best toothbrush 2020". The change should take place in the text as well as in the metatags. Is there a simple solution? Thank you!

You could use a sql query to do that, but you need some knowledge to do that. It might be simpler if you found a plugin that does that.

Better Search Replace is the only one we use. Others have failed to consistently perform…it shows the total number to be replaced, before it replaces.

Yeah, simple and straightforward way; given that OP has some knowledge about sql...

"Better Search Replace" is the only way to change date from 2019 to 2020 on WordPress..

Please add "for noobs" to the sentence, as it is not the only way to do so. SQL would be much simpler IMHO.

The problem with the plugin is that you have to manually run it at midnight or around that time.
I wish there was a plugin which would automatically show the current year.

is possible to use <?php echo date("Y"); ?> instead of 2019 so the year will update automatically?
