Signed up days ago, accidentally paid twice. Never received the service, contacted support, they told me to wait, then they ignored me and then they closed the ticket. I opened up a dispute with paypal now on both charges (since I never received service from first transaction, nor the refund, plus the staff was ignoring me for days). What a waste of time. Now I have to wait like 30 days or more for paypal to get me my money back.
