I'm able to generate a lot of traffic around 2k to 5k unique visitors a day from North America and Europe..

This is not a lot of traffic to monetize with Ad networks even with adsense you cant make more than 15$ in a month.

Hey man try to create an account with some CPA networks that have smart links and send the traffic there, they will be redirected to "best offers" in the specific country.
You can also open a new account with Monetizer, grab your push notification link and send all your traffic to that link. You gonna build a list of push subscribers and bank that list long term.

You can find interesting articles to write about in Google Trend and Buzz Sumo. Great content and interesting articles will help keep the re-directed traffic engaged.

I’ll try that with 2 domains and see how it goes ... My goal is to find a system that is easy to scale so I can do the same thing with another 30-40 domains ...

I would not go with native advertising - they pay horrible. My site has adsense and amazon associates with it. Social traffic is great for shopping,you will be surprised how much stuff they buy on amazon. As for adsense,i use responsible ads and also native ads from adsense on the bottom. I have a little bit more traffic though like 40-130K daily,all T1. Other route is go for direct advertising,sell ad-space on your site. You have a niche sites,should be able to sell the space. I am trying to go down on that route also. Good luck
