Any guide on how to optimize Adsence for speed?

Friends,

I am running website with technology stack of Hostinger Hosting, GeneratePress, WP-Rocket, CloudFlair CDN and it runs very well.

Gtmarix and Pagespeed gives rating 'A' but performance degards when i run Adsence.

Would be great if someone can help with guide to optimize Adsence.

If you are using adsense, you site speed must be affected. No way around it.

Here are some tips on how to optimize your Adsence account. You can give the Ezoic tool a try. It's ideal if you have over 20,00 page views each month. If you're starting small, you can go to the manual optimization. First, you enhance your location or size. Second, you need to work on your traffic source as well. Third, make advertisements more relevant through Adsence section targeting. Fourth, you should use text advertisements or images wisely. Furthermore, put advertisements between posts.

Speed-wise, there isn't really room for improvement with AdSense as it's not chacheable and you cannot modify the ads provided by Google.
Just make sure to use asynchronous ads (should be default). That's pretty much it
Wouldn't worry that much about page speed grade tho. It's does not 1:1 translate to how well a site ranks, it's just an indicator. I doubt AdSense will negatively impact your site unless you overdo it.
Make sure the website feels snappy for users, don't grind for a few % on pagespeed.
