ide pm there site support first as they havnt been on
bhw in almost 5 weeks, and this thread only opened
in august.. i tried to speak to there support and honestly
i dont think they understood what i typed...

so I ordered 100 USA shared proxies and after finishing the payment via PayPal the invoice still says "UNPAID". I check my PayPal and I see that I've been charged twice for the same 100 shared proxies. Next, I opened a ticket to get into contact with support and see if the issue could be resolved. After 10 hours I check back to see if there was any response to my ticket but nothing and now I can't seem to sign into my account anymore. Seems like my password has been changed and I tried to recover/reset my password but I'm not receiving any emails from their system.

At this point, I would just like to request a refund and get my money back.

since I can no longer sign in to your website in order to make another ticket I'll just post the transaction ID's here:
