Posting simultaneously on Facebok-Group, Page and Instagram

Im looking for a Tool, that let me post simultaneously on my Facebook Group, my Facebook Page and Instagram. Are there any trustworthy tools that are able to do this?

Yes Apphi does that for Instagram and Facebook pages but not sure about FB group.
Also supports android/iOS/desktop.

Thank you. Before trying jarvee. Are there tools that can post on Facebook Pages, Groups and Whatsapp
at the same time ? or with 1min delay or something? I just need a tool where I enter certain things and then they are available on the channels

Postcron can do this,Hootsuite/Later for Facebook Page and Instagram Hootsuite/Postcron again for Scheduling on Facebook Groups.
