I am Indian and karma was invented here so i don't think karma will do much to me if i make few $ selling some harmless t-shirts from multi-billion dollar company so i can get enough money to go legit
And there is another word "Dharma" its hard to put it in worlds and the simplest way i can say is the responsibility of a person or a Role of a person, for example Its the responsibility of a president/ prime minister to Role the country well, a role of a mother is to take good care of the child, a role of a doctor is to treat the patient, even if your role is something you do not like, you need to fulfill it, and a role for a businessman is to make lot of money,
If anyone is Interested "Dharma" is a very intresting and a strong word and by understanding it my life has changed for the better, you don't have to be religious just Understand the world and i am sure you will improve atleast a little in your life
A short definition in Hinduism is Dharma is your duty, duty may be anything Being a parent or working under someone or a soldier, everyone has Duty they need to fulfill and everyone will have to do a Duty in their life that will make them feel bad but it doesn't matter, no matter how hard your role is you need to fulfill it regardless of what you personally believe in

Fyi The Gita is one of the Holy book in Hinduism and if you read it you wont get converted and we do not believe in just 1 god, that is why we have Thousands of gods and every person who follows a different god has different teachings,
