Here's the thing, avoid using auto voices at all cost...you can always find someone willing to work within your budget, you just need to search the relevant websites.
It may take a few weeks but you'll get your guy eventually.

This repository is an implementation of Transfer Learning from Speaker Verification to Multispeaker Text-To-Speech Synthesis (SV2TTS) with a vocoder that works in real-time. SV2TTS is a three-stage deep learning framework that allows to create a numerical representation of a voice from a few seconds of audio and to use it to condition a text-to-speech model trained to generalize new voices.

uhm no, voice like google wavenet or IBM watson already pretty good right now.

Robovoices are great. Especially for memes. Google Robovoice is the memes voice, but i don't think it may be used with other purposes. I so much love GLADoS. This is one of the coolest voices ever created. It was used in Halo and in Dota 2, as announcer.
