Though DA, PA are not Google ranking factors, the placement were I had my post placed has the following metrics:

DA - 30
PA - 50
TF - 19
CF - 19

Site is also over 10 years old, so aged and has authority - but more important it has backlinks and traffic.

So overall, I'm pleased with the service. Others are charging much higher for the same service.
