[Advice Needed] Medium.com Restrictions

I used medium last year as a parasite and getting back into it. Setup an account and went to post article but my account has been restricted. I'm guessing this is done automatically.

Does anyone have any general tips for avoiding this.

Should I:

• Let the account age
• Use a different email (I used proton)

Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks.

Just tried logging in to an old account from last year and restricted also :/ the original articles are still live though, this is not a gmail account.

Logging in with a gmail account, added a bio and image and followed a few people. Will let it sit and try publishing tommorow. Thanks for your advice.

yeah, same here... if I use email to sign up... I get restrictions.
So I use facebook (you use google) accounts to log in and no problem whatsoever.

Age your account, use a google account, don’t post immediately wait for few days and then post should work just fine

Just let it sit and for the past few days I've been ok posting. I keep it at 2 a day max.
