If you had $10k budget in hand, where would you invest your money in and why?
I saw a reputable member here on BHW was selling a website that is making $700 per month ( last three months). I would have bought that.
Just an advice!
Ps. Do your due diligence before doing business!
He never mentioned it was his last 10k.Bad move.
Your last $10k has just gone on a site making $700/mo. How do you scale it?
You need another $5k-$10k to grow it.

Investing 10k to make a passive income of $700 every month sounds fair to me. You can take your money back in 12 months.
The Member selling the site, explained that he has done a small investment on the site and is still making $700 per month. Of course if you wanna scale you will have to invest time and money. You should buy it if you really know what you are doing.
My opinion![]()
Can you go into a little more depth on this? That is the budget i usually invest in my email projects, to build a list and front end self funding funnel. Once completed it becomes a self funding almost fully automated business and i move onto the next one.

Risky since google update's are thick and fast these days! You should never buy an organic site if you want steady long term money. The reason for buying sites like that is an easy scale. You can easily turn a $700 into a $2k, then 5 months and you break even.
I will buy many lottery tickets
one of them will make me 134k
