What to do with expired domains?

I have created a robot which crawls the web and looks for expired domains.

After crawling ~ 5 million pages I found more than thousand expired domains. Many of them are useless DA1-DA5 expired domains. But there are up to 100 domains having DA7-DA20. My questions are:
1. What to do with these expired domains?
2. 301 redirect?
3. PBN with backlinks to my blog or ecommerce project?
4. Redirecting and backlinking only from the same niche domains?
5. Buy domains from different providers
6. Host PBNs on different hosting providers?
7. What else?

I believe that PBN is the best. But the cost for it is ~20 euro yearly for domain and hosting. And 100 euro for content writing (for example 10 articles). So would it be worth to pay ~100-120 euro for PBN on DA15?

Build your own PBN but don't overkill it with links, just a few links to your main site from time to time and also maybe a few sales to other people and posts to random popular sites for it to look natural.

All depend on domain quality. You need to check other factors like spam check, check the website on way back machine etc

Either build a dedicated PBN relevant to your niche or scrape expired content that's currently not in use.

Expired domains like this are a waste of time.

You need 100's of them to make a difference so you end up spending $1000's on content/hosting/designs/registration, then you have the problem that you've sent 100's of pbns to your site, which does stand out. The max pbns you should send to your site is 50-60, and that's for a big site with 300-400+ RDs *showing* on ahrefs, not including the pbns. Real RDs 500+ so pbns are 10-15% of your total RDs. This is also why it's best to start with real aged domains. It's very very difficult to legitimately get a fresh domain up to 500+ RDs without it looking spammy or spending a ton of money. Much easier to start with a solid aged domain, then build a few pbns and a few guest posts each month and bob's your uncle.

If you're building your own pbns you generally want to go for the $150-$200+ meaty ones. They have way more bang for their buck and 5 of them will make a difference. 10-15 will give you a very significant increase if everything else is in check.

PBNs are as always ultimate but you should know the limit to use. If you give more means it will kill your site.

That's too low of a metric - even if it's DA7-20, that's just a metric for a new domain and it doesn't even have enough link juice to do anything worthwhile - you'd be better registering a new domain anyways, as they are more or less the same. In fact, running your new domain on an automated link building software 24/7 for a week, can even bump DA/PA to 40+ hands down. If it's anything beyond DA/PA = 45+, then it's something to be considered as your own PBN or maybe doing a 301.

Thank you for your answers. I found one really good domain which expired on March of 2019. So it is more than half year before. But I still cant buy it because of "clientTransferProhibited". What is it? If domain is expired then how someone can set that clientTransferProhibited?

register them make a unique post in every domain name and insert an inshore link on each one don't create 100 in one day once or twice a week to look normal

You can bump it to 80 DA as well. Still crap. What you need to check is links, not 3rd party metrics.
