invested about 25k which is now worth 3k

I am thinking about selling off any coin that still has value in my portfolio (Tron/Doge/Ethereum Classic/ Ethereum/ BatCoin) and investing it all on ripple when it hits less than 19 cents

I feel if somehow ripple hits > 1.50 I could recuperate what I invested

what do you guys think? is that a smart move

___
edit : ok 1.50 sounds like not going to happen anytime soon .. but even recuperating 60% somehow would be a win.

-------

I dont want to invest a penny more in , taking it out would mean complete loss .
now it is a very hard learned lesson .
i cannot go any lower now, i have made amends with the loss.

Sorry for you man, I'm not into coins but fellow members would help you in this situation

You lost $22,000 on crypto currency and your plan is to invest your remaining $3,000 in crypto currency again?

Why dont you sell it, get the $3,000 and literally do anything else, because you dont seem to have the required skills to understand how to invest.

It is not a smart move. Bitcoins market is always fluctuating and it is very low now but will surely rise in future. It has always been like this.
So, I suggest you should keep invested in BTC and wait for right timings.

you should keep it at it current coin or sell it and buy bitcoin.

Even though all of it is a coin, you still need to diversified. Bitcoin is less riskier than any other coin.
You don't know which coin will hit it big, and which one will turn zero. Keep it diversified

Yes. Invest in crypto again. You've lost about 80% anyway. Just do that and forget it.

I hope that's Indonesian rupiah...if not you better stop bleeding that cash and take some experts advise or practice on virtual markets

i am a supreme dumbo , that is a fact. i rode the lets invest rally. it rose to 58k at one point before everything turned red. cryptopia hack killed off half of my stuff as well.

you are already saying if somehow ripple reaches 1.5 dollar i would get it all back. if you dont see it happen why would you take the risk and gamble on it. i personally would probably cash out and enjoy the fact i have 3k left.
However if you feel like gambling i think you have a better chance just taking the 3k and put it all on red

I want to gamble and ripple to me seems like a safer gamble. what do you crypto experts think

No reason to sell as bitcoin will start going back up after hitting the botton support.
If your smart and have enough, might worth taking a bet on Rippple as i sure know it will hit 0.25 very easily than other coins.
am on EOS and will buy more if it gets to 1.7.
this is just how this works.
Just dont be greedy or buy the top.

Mike $3000 is better than $0 which is what your going to end up with.

When it comes to investing your the guy who bets on betamax, delorean or who gives your pension money to neil woodford.

RUN away from crypto. Take your $3,000 and use it as stake money in something else, anything else.

I have made way more than $25,000 with a $3000 investment and everything i have ever done online is in a thread here on bhw.

Just keep the fucking coins. Whats the point of selling at loss? Yes, you may end up with zero. Thats the risk you should be willing to take, as soon as you decided to invest in high volatile market. Now stick to your guns and forget about the coins for few years.
When I have some spare money to invest in "financial market" I invest in s&p500. Steady 7-8% growth for last 60 years. I won`t use those money before retirement, already got nice amount. I don`t need a heart attack before my 40 checking crypto charts everyday.
Thats a good way too, but this is low risk investment. Its OK to invest 5% of your portfolio in high risk/high reward things like the crypto. It may beat the 95% in the end. Thats the whole point of investing in such instruments.
