25k reduced to 3k

So you suggest if you do something, keep doing it until you spend all your money irrelevant of if it works or not?

Can we do business together?

Sure why not. Work on your sarcasm first though.

Just keep the fucking coins. Whats the point of selling at loss?

Exactly. Or move it all to a single coin like he wants to, cross your fingers, take your mind off it and go all in.

Plus ripple is a solid project imo.

I want to gamble and ripple to me seems like a safer gamble. what do you crypto experts think

Yeah my point exactly. If you want to gamble, that means you're okay parting with the remaining 3k. That's the way to gamble really. With money you can afford to lose.

I mean if you're comfortable with the loss you could just withdraw and count your loses. But I'm a firm believer in cryptos and I believe if you're willing to hodl for a long time your plan is a good one.

P.S: I don't mean invest more money btw. I mean invest the remaining 3k as per your plan.

Hodl.... it will recover in 2020 or 2030. Jsut hodl.

As another person said above. If you lost money `gambling` it on crypto, why are you trying to recuperate your losses by doing the same thing again?

I also invested 13k and its worth $850 now, i changed it to btc and moved to fortunejack and started betting on sports, so far i made +1.5k in just a few days i got lucky with some plays. Waiting champions league tomorrow / wednesday to place new bets. Sometimes you lose too its not safe, but i lost 90% of my investment and in 2 years of waiting coins i bought not show sign to recover, so i want to try with this maybe i can return at least 50% of what i lost.

Nothing wrong with this strategy:

1. Investing money you can't afford to lose.
2. Investing on a high.
3. Cashing out on a low.
4. Taking losses and re-investing.

Assume the 13k and 25k loss are both borderline idiots or can afford to throw money* away. IF you are OK cashing out at $850 loss or at 3k why didn't you do it at 20k and 10k?

Worst still the other guy is now BETTING to try and recover his loses.

Fuck me. Get some help, learn to manage money and seek financial advice.

* Assume this is isn't either of you or 1. You would be looking for advice on a forum and 2. You wouldn't be trying to "win" that money back.

invested about 25k which is now worth 3k

I am thinking about selling off any coin that still has value in my portfolio (Tron/Doge/Ethereum Classic/ Ethereum/ BatCoin) and investing it all on ripple when it hits less than 19 cents

I feel if somehow ripple hits > 1.50 I could recuperate what I invested

what do you guys think? is that a smart move

___
edit : ok 1.50 sounds like not going to happen anytime soon .. but even recuperating 60% somehow would be a win.

-------

I dont want to invest a penny more in , taking it out would mean complete loss .
now it is a very hard learned lesson .
i cannot go any lower now, i have made amends with the loss.

spend your last pennies on a seo mastermind course and start getting it!

If you don't want to learn at least some basics of fundamental analysis then just hold the coins until they rise again...

Cryptocurrency has passed the era of being a long term hodl investment. 2016-2018, blockchain is tiltling towards what it should be, a technology with everyday use cases. I would advise selling it off and putting it in something you have more control of. You don't have control with coin. All speculation , and pumps and dumps

I see this time as a sale, some say the market is manipulated so when there is a big dip its because someone wants to make a big purchase at a discount.
What do i know?
I just setup weekly buys out of my bank account for a few coins and leave it alone. If or when the portfolio has enough value to make a life changing decision then I will sell, till then ride the waves.
my .02

I wouldn`t invest in coins more then 5% of my earnings. You will not make 100x of your investment anymore. It`s not 2011.
