How much do Youtube influencers (500K + subs) charge for reviewing a platform or a service (promotional stuff).
It depends on the Niche, the youtuber, the youtubers channel Size and the deal you pitch them.
I would suggest not only hitiing them with a cash offer but with a percentage or video push offer included as well.
Offereing multiple things is a great way to help convince a person, just cash is weak.
Cash + Link Biuilding+ Percentage profit + Extra Views + a platform short out
may be worth Way more to them
as per Actualy dollar amount.
Look at the niche and price accordingly.
Example gaming , games cost 60 bucks. so around 25 to 30 (depending on channel size may be fair
Or say a make up niche. basic makup kits can run 20 to 80 dollars , so offer 40 .
Keep in mind the channel size may need a better offer cash or ect. Bu the return would be higher too

Have some questions, hope you give some suggestions:
1. I do DIY videos, not good at English and shame to show my face. Video only focus on my hands to DIY.
No voice, only music as background. Do you think this kind of video will be YT recommend list?
Do i have to write scripts and hire a VO for the video?
When you create content and are trying to know if something will work, Look at some one who is ALREADY DOING IT.
Then copy what they are doing with Your personal twist.
Per your example see if another channel that is successful and has posted a video n the last 6 months has a video you can copy out there.
As to if you need a Vo and or script.
Script YES it is a basic to all video types. Script is just another way of saying a GAME PLAN
VO is optional as per what you as conveying and doing it could HELP or harm. depends on video and content. look at twaht the other are doing then. UNDERSTAND WHY it is Working or isn't working.
2. Not trying to monetize, just bring traffic to eCommerce conversation.
Had not try boost them yet, would like to try. But search BHW, many boost will get likes, sub or comments will drop sometime later. If so, YT will ban my channel?
This is my first channel, do not want YT to ban it. So i never try to buy views. But right now only one video have 400+ views, with 7 comments.
your content feels like it is weak.
You tube to see tip number one. DON'T reinvent the wheel. do what has been done with a twist.
as per boosting, there are still a Few good boosters they just cost more money for better quality.
Be ready to get banned and let that account GO. Move forward thinking this in your mind -
" How can I push the limits today so hard they might Bann ME?" Then do that. Trying not to get banned along the way.
Fail then you know how to succeed next time
3. 5 seconds you mentioned. My videos, first will have a title with my Logo, then show the materials needed to DIY, no voice, only music background. How can i attract people continue to watch? The whole video is about the DIY process.
As you know the title doesn't count in the 5 second counter
Think about how you are shooting those tools, make them interesting to look at, use dynamic angles to film them, Does the music corrilate with the angle, color correction and or angles?
As a test show it to your friend after you make it ans see if they Care after 5 seconds, Watch Them watching your Video. Is your content Boring after 5 seconds or does it Move on fast to another Shot, topic, subject matter.
If you see/hear/experience the same thing on camera for more than 5 seconds and feel the need to "think" your screwed and need to redo the edit/shot.
4. KWs, Tags, LSI words, thumbnails, all these are copy from some competitors, or do some work my self. But how to do the high engagement? Buy comments first? All the comments i replied, right now only have 1-2 new comments a day. I want to 100 times of the result. Can i use some child accounts (fake YT accounts without channels) to sub, like, add to playlist and create comments for videos, then i reply to the comments, to boost for high engagement? If YT found that all the comments are come from those users, such as 10 YT accounts, this will get me in trouble?
I personally haven't used Black hat tools to this extend so i would know the affect.
I use them as a BOOST nothing more. Relying more on the high value of your content is a safer route long term
5. Is there a reliable panel to buy reviews with your exp? If BHW not allow you reply here, you can PM me.

The Panels here on BHW are pretty good and your should check them out. Look for the ones that tell you you will high full high retention
6 . What about doing giveaway and keep the "giveaway" in my title? But the item cost much, what i am selling is accessory. Need to have ten orders to cover the cost of produced items. Is that necessary? Or just giveaway the accessory?
Depends on the video content and niche. This question is to vague to properly answer.
7. How to rank top at other peoples video? I tried to comment on one video, and reply somes comments about where to buy this or that, tell him/her the short link of my store. Maybe this a another way to attract traffic. But how to rank my comments to let more views see my comments? Buy comments or use the child accounts, or other way?
There amy be a few panels that can boost your comment, check the BHW market place. Though i personally havent tried to do this so be wary.
