Inspirational, thanks! It looks to me that providing products/services is the way to go in the future. Puh
Not always.

That is low hanging fruit automated.
Jiezes christ, makes me wanna puke of jealousy, and it's automated to huh? I guess I just pick up knitting or something and quit all this IM stuff.
If anyone wants some kitten mittens or a cool beanie in the near future (like 2025, need to take some Udemy courses first) hit me up!
However, I don’t agree with you coming in with low self-esteem. Especially if you are into SEO and marketing industry. If you are not confident enough then people are likely to turn to someone who is more confident than you.
WOW. is that a website? like a blog or affiliate website? OMG 53k+ as automated. Dream goalNot always.

Hi, thank you for this. I've got a few questions:
1. Did you market your book on other forums, websites or markeplaces as well? If so, what percentage of the 100k are from BHW and from elsewhere?
2. how did you deal with plagiarism and how did you make sure others wouldn't resell your book or publish it in KDP, kobo, etc?
3. what mistakes did you make along the way?
4. what payment processor allows you to process 100k in two years without limiting/banning/blocking your account?
5. did you think you could have had the same success if it hadn't been because of the people you already knew on the forum that supported you or helped you push your book? I mean if you had a brand new bhw account with 150 posts and 3 months old and had tried to sell the same e-book would you have had the same success?
thanks!
Really good questions. Sorry for the delay.
1.) I did run some small campaigns with it on Instagram, but I was primarily focused on running other things on Instagram, so I figured I'd keep that separate. I also ran it on another competitor forum for a while. I maybe have 10% of the sales coming from other sources (affiliates, Instagram, other sites, etc).
2.) I have a plugin that watermarks eBooks with buyer information, so most people don't share the eBook. Plagiarism hasn't been a huge issue for me because of this reason. I'm very blessed in that regard.
3.) Oh man. A lot. I wish I experimented more with better funnels, advertising better... the list goes on and on. A lot of the things I regret are more marketing related than eBook related. A lot of the things I wanted to do with the eBook would've been easier if I wasn't time constrained by other commitments. Up until a few months ago, I was in school, doing D1 NCAA sports, running my Instagram business, running my growth agency business, a few other side projects, and also running the eBook & my private community involved with the eBook. I didn't have a ton of time to focus on my eBook, unfortunately. I wish I focused more on expanding outside of BHW in terms of eBook sales. Now that I have more time, I'll be able to do that.
4.) I'm from the USA with a verified bank account, and I have a licensed, registered LLC. I've never considered this an issue. Stripe & PayPal have been very good to me.
5.) That's a great question. I think my networking connections made a 20% difference. I think they improved my sales maybe 20% when it's all said and done. I had a decent reputation here in the Instagram section for quite some time, but it's not like my product was "highly anticipated". There were a handful of people excited because I was a good contributor, but a lot of the success came from the positive reception on what was inside the eBook, and not necessarily who specifically was commenting in the thread. I branded myself decently well in order to sell the product, but I think something similar could be done with a freshish BHW account and a high-quality product.
Thanks! I've got a few more questions.
1. any chance you could share the name of that plug-in to watermark?
2. I saw that you always refer to yourself as IGking or "the author of the book", is there a reason to keep your real identity concealed? Do people buy more or trust more a brand like IGKing than a real person's name like Tai Lopez, Neil Patel, etc?
3. I saw you mentioned Paddle in your other thread. What is paddle and why have I never heard of them?
4. I may be following your steps soon but I just really hate the way the marketplace here is structured, the phony superhero full of fluff and glitter where I need to read for an hour of BS and empty promises just to understand what the seller is offering and I need to scroll past 100 pages of "coupon please" to find a single legit post or review. Do you think there's a way to succeed without having to play by the rules of the marketplace here?
Really boosted my morale
Is your guide still updated? curious to check the guide.
Btw congrats. pretty sure you can scale it up to be a milllionaire.
I just quoted this thread in my https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/igkings-epic-50k-month-journey-2021-edition.1295955/, so I figured I'd give this a bump.
I've written a lot of articles over the past few years, and I think this one was my favorite to write.
So bumping this for some Monday motivation for you peeps.
