I am in the process of developing my website and would like advice on the best way to use images with SEO and google.

I will be purchasing stock images, so what is the best way to use images regarding the image type such as jpeg, the local keyword for naming the image such as:

las vegas acupuncture
acupuncture las vegas
las vegas + acupuncture
acupuncture+las vegas

any other tips would be appreciated.
Thank you
Brian

Make sure to watermark your images, so that the viewer will be able to refer that back to your site, as that is the objective in diverting traffic from another site back to yours. Or you can add that to your image's description, which should also work. There are just so many image sharing sites out there which you can use - Eg, why not try instagram as well?

The image format doesn't matter at all. Additionally, aside from adding keywords to the file name, you should add keywords to the alt attribute of each image tag. You can read more about it here: https://moz.com/learn/seo/alt-text

Thank you again, off topic... is there a VIP account membership on the site
