As your site is don't look for Alexa. You should do SEO, publish daily articles, share your site on SM. Focus on SEO and Backlink more. And then only you will get PR offers. And definitely this will take more time.
You can get a good rate on selling sites only when you will get good DA/PA or views or Backlinks.
