Why not combining that with a follow4follow bot, that way, more people see ur posts and like/retweet them --> even more traffic and money

Well like some of the guys here said, what niche are we talking about? If you're going for the Clickbank type of offers, meaning, a bunch of rough CPAs, I would go for either FB, Google and organic traffic. If you promoting like sweeps or Dating, or Casino, something that you can't do on those somewhat legit channels, go for push or pop, you got AdMAven, Propeler that can give you pop and push, and megapush for push in general.
