Happy to hear you are satisfied with the solution we gave you.I ordered the job board and I'm more than happy with the way it turned out. Some of the early problems mentioned such as the way it looks on mobile and overlapping text/graphics seem to have all been resolved. My site looks great in a browser as well as mobile. He included relevant banner images and a cool logo.
I focused on an area of a state, not a whole state or particular city (e.g. West Texas, Northern California, Upstate New York). In the area of the state I focused on there were 3-4 cities and municipal areas of 100,000+ population. I asked if @patadeperro could pull jobs from specific cities in the area I wanted to target for my site. After some time to look at it, he said it was doable. I sent him a list of cities and he has my job listings pulled from the cities I requested. He also found a few more cities that fit the same criteria. I was blown away that he went above and beyond to grasp the idea I was after and added to it in the perfect way.
A lot of questions in this thread are "Can I do this?" and "Can I do that?". If you have any special criteria or ideas for your site just ask. He is very willing to work with you to see what is possible.
Now I need to do the work of adding my PayPal account for billing and AdSense for the spaces provided for display ads.
No India, No Pakistan no UK, but here is a bigger and better explanation of why:This looks very interesting. Can you pull jobs from India?
I will be adding all these posts to the manual we deliver to the people who buy the sites (giving proper recognition to the authors) so more people can make more money and just as an added bonus here is another technique we have not included:Thanks to Roadrunner for the great post above. It was me that suggested that we help each other to consolidate the network. Your post is a big help to me to focus my mind in on the opportunity and you've provided some useful tips to drive some traffic.
Bookmarked to look at later today if I get a free minute. Very interested, I'm working on local city sites for lead generation and I've wanted to get into the job board game. I'm a big fan of local websites.
Please post any questions you may have here in the open forum I just answer PMs from people who have bought the solution.Hello
Send more details in PM, please.
I am a returning customer. Bought 5 more sites from this seller and they were all as good as the first one. The design was done according to my specifications and the TAT was about 2 days for every site, which I think it's pretty good. Great customer service and technical support. There's also 10% discount if you buy more than one, there are opportunities to resell.
I personally hate adsense and don't think the 15 cents you could get from them are worth it, but the add space is already set up there for you to include any affiliate banners you like, such as amazon, ezoic, clickbank, or any others, and there are even instructions on how to set up every add on the site yourself by just pasting your banner html code.
They are also a great opportunity to build a community around them by adding a blog or a local directory listing and further increase monetization chances by charging local businesses to be listed there.
Appreciate your advice on how to monetize this job website further. I also think like this in the same way you think. I am interested in monetizing this jobs website with a directory. so as you have experience dealing with this job site can you advise me further how to do it to add a directory listing option in this website.
I have a doubt Can anyone answer this : I think we are missing some huse amount of money here.
my question is why we are not getting any affiliate commission here for showing the jobs in our website and redirecting the visitor to the original job board as any original job board from where the jobs are pulling wont post jobs in its website for free. it will charge some fee from the employer to post jobs in its website as we are doing it here in our website through eCommerce. Are we doing any free service to the original job board to show jobs in our website and generate traffic to them. can any one answer my doubt. also seller can correct me if i am wrong and missing in anything.

Sure, I'll give you my advice. Think of this sites the same way you would think of any other affiliate sites in the marketplace, they have built the foundation for your house but now it's up to you to build the house itself.
And you have 4 options, the first one is spending 8 hours a day promoting it and hoping it will rank organically because it gets traffic, the second one pay for backlinks and then keep paying for more backlinks once you lose those baklinks ou paid for or they loose the effect, the third one spend those 8 hours a day doing cold outreach to find someone to advertise on your site (recruiters, hr agencies, resume builders,) or hire someone to do it and the fourth one is spend 8 hours a day creating content for the sites and rank for local keywords.
It's up to you how you build the house but it's not going to build itself.
Sad I missed this thread by 3 days. Would have bought at intro price haha.
The title says $300/month -- is that from an established website? If so, please PM what website is earning that much

Let's see what we can do with this.
As a follow up to my review and post about promoting the site I wanted to let you all know that I have been approved for AdSense based on this site.
I did not have an AdSense account. When I ordered the site I created a new Gmail account to use for my site. As soon as the site was completed I submitted my application for AdSense. I was quickly approved and can now put Google Ads on my site.
As others have attested to here, these sites qualify for AdSense "out of the box".
