Let's say I started a marketplace sales thread tomorrow for 3 services everybody needs & NOBODY offers,

What are things you NEED to be satisfied as a client on BHW?

I don't want to receive or give out shit lists!

Clear Suppot & Communication, Not someone that reads my messages and doesn't bother responding to them.
Admitting if something went wrong during the process of fullfilling my order.

I wouldnt hire people who can't type a complete sentence, with mobile auto correct

All my support answers have been personal privately & there has been no issues besides those people.who know those BH sketchy methods to scam others

Admitting if something went wrong during the process of fullfilling my order

My team has never *not refunded an order passed 7 day "expected" delay

My avg. Support is within 1-3 days, and is on point. We don't deny anything a client requests (an attempt to make disputes at a minimal, between scammers and amateurs + anybody alike)

I'd rather lose $100 in disputes compared to $250 with dispute fees

Clear description of what you offer & refund policy (that’s also for your safety) plus a channel to communicate and receive fast support.
Over delivering is always appreciated but make sure to compell the minimum offer of the thread.

So far everything I set up has complied with this!
- unlimited support / etc.
- 1 year + Guarantee
- a ton of extras which make no sense to give - other than to prove the fact I'm trying to over deliver

People Buy service with faithfulness on getting what advertised.
Over sell & Over deliver is up with you to attract the same client for more business.

But if you delivered what exactly advertised in the sales page is great enough to get hands on new clients.

In business, Winning a single client or two isn't everything, It's a Only Thing!
For this reason, Never expect other people to believe.

Again, Just keep on Implementing, what exactly advertised in the sales page is high enough & the rest will come easy!
